Our Benefits

You decided its a time for a new look or to re-fresh your home, but need professional help to choose colours. As part of our service, we will provide a consultation with a professional Decorator/Designer to help you in this area. For a small fee, our consultant will meet with you to interpret your needs, and, accordingly will suggest colours for your home. After colours and textures have been approved, your job is complete and ours begins.

At Divine Painters, our services include many types of residential, commercial and institutional projects. We realize that a satisfied customer is a customer for life. As such, we are dedicated to providing clients with prompt, professional and friendly service. We are constantly in touch with our suppliers and frequently attend seminars to keep informed of any changes in products and materials, so that we can always offer you the latest and most current information in our field.

We begin our process by using a designated area to store our equipment daily, because we strive to cause the least amount of inconvenience to you.We protect the areas being painted with plastic and/or drop clothes. We remove or mask hardware such as door locks and electrical plates.We scrape, sand and remove loose or peeling paint. When necessary, we wash the areas to be painted in order to remove residue, pollutants and contaminants in order to promote adhesion of new paint. Next we caulk where required, patch where required, prime and/or spot prime areas as necessary.

Now we are ready to paint and apply sufficient coats, as per the manufacturers specifications, in order to achieve uniformity of colour and texture. At all times we try not to use solvent based products, in order to protect our environment. Under most circumstances we try to always use Green Seal approved products, which meet environmental standards for volatile organic compounds (VOC). By using low VOC and Green Seal approved products, we make our health and the environment our main priority.

We remove all plastic, masking tape, and drop clothes, replace hardware sweep and/or vacuum.

Do you need your condominium painted? We have painted condo’s as far west as Niagara-on-the-lake to as far east as Oshawa, as far north as Barrie to the Queens Quay. We are your first choice in condominium painting.
